A workflow is a chain of messages that get sent to leads for the purpose of qualifying them as interested/warm leads. You can structure the workflow in any way you see fit and you can modify the messages to tailor to your potential leads.
The first message in the workflow is sent via SMS to your potential leads in the zip codes you specified in your campaign. When a reply is received from the lead our system checks to see if the response is positive or negative based an automated heuristic based artificial intelligent algorithm. If the answer is positive a different message is sent to the lead and if the answer is negative another message is sent.
When you create a campaign a default workflow is created for you. If you need more fine-grained control over the workflow you can click on each message to modify them.
