Campaigns are how you communicate with potential leads. You specify the zip codes you are interested in receiving leads for and that will enable the platform to target those zip codes when generating leads. You can edit a campaign at any point and modify the targeted zip codes.
Workflows are the mechanism by which you can add immense intelligence to your lead reach out campaigns. A workflow outlines all the potential interactions you could have with a lead and how to handle different scenarios.
In Caproi agents build workflows that qualify leads based on a series of automated questions and automated detection of responses to those questions. Based on a positive or negative lead response to a question the workflow can send a different message to the lead.
All this customization is possible with a single click and entering the desired message.
Once your campaign is created your workflow gets triggered and starts sending messages to the leads in the zip codes you specified in the campaign. When a lead is found and responds to your first message sent from your automated workflow that conversion is displayed on your account and is also sent to you as a SMS to the mobile number you entered during campaign creation.
The lead information including the address and phone number are presented to you in the message thread for each lead.
